Welcome! We are Paul and Paula and have lived in Waipara over 30 years, you will be nestled down the back of our home on 1/2 acre property. A newly refurbished 2 bedroom cottage, quiet, roomy living area, outdoor patio, you can sit and enjoy the sun, or under the tree for shade. Surrounded by wineries, for brunch, lunch or coffee and taste some wonderful wines. Located 2 minutes from State highway 1 and 20 minutes to Christchurch airport and similar time into the city. The town of Rolleston offering a range of eateries and supermarkets is just a 3 minutes drive. Complimentary breakfast provisions for the first two days.

We aim to provide as much information and comfort as you need to have a great experience.

This is lifestyle block that runs as a little farm. Take a walk and enjoy the countryside. An easy drive to the supermarkets and every takeaway that you can think of! Relax on the covered deck, and absorb the space. Not suitable for infants/children.
