Datça Nergisevi, Kumluk'ta Denize Sıfır Lüks Ev

Datça, İskele mahallesi merkezindeki kumluk plajında bulunan evimiz denize sıfır konumdadır, bina 1 yaşındadır, içi yeni döşenmiştir, kendine ait müstakil girişi vardır, iki katlı evin ikinci katındadır. Binada aynı katta başka bir daire yoktur, balkonundan güneşin doğuşunu ve dolunayı seyretmek çok keyiflidir. Önündeki plaj temiz olup denize gönül rahatlığıyla girilebilir. Alışveriş için hemen 100 m mesafede ana caddede çarşı vardır, çok yakınında (100 m) iki adet ücretsiz açık otopark vardır.

Dünyadan uzak, Derya’ya yakın köy evinden hallice içi dışı taş doğa ile iç içe, bahçesinde asırlık zeytin ağaçları olan bir yer. Büyük şehir, tatil köyü yada otel konforu arayanların mutlu olacağı bir yer değil daha çok kafa dinleme ve dinginlik isteyenlerin çok mutlu olacaklarına inanıyorum. Örümcek, karınca vs korkusu olanlarda gelmesin çünkü biz onların yerlerini işgal ettiklerimizi bilsin. Not: malum ülkemizin koşullarında artık kış sezonunda odunu malesef ücretili yaptık.

Market, manava, fırına uzaklığımız sadece 500 metre. 1 çift kişilik yatak 1 açılır kanepe ve asma katımızda 1 tek kişilik yatak mevcut.

Eski Datça'ya 5 dakika, Datça Devlet Hastanesine 1 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. Datça şehir merkezine ve denize 3 km uzaklıktadır. A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom.
