This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The stairs are a little steep for those with mobility issues. The harbour is a highly sought location! A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

The Howard House Daniel’s Cove

A serene Newfoundland retreat, surrounded by nature and the rugged beauty of the Atlantic coast, this historic house at the tip of the Avalon Peninsula. Built in 1908, the house was lovingly restored in 2018, maintaining much of its original features and construction, highlighting the simple but elegant architectural styles of Newfoundland at the beginning of the 20th century. Oceanfront Cottage with View of Northern Bay Sands

A priceless view of the Atlantic ocean and local treasure, Northern Bay Sands. This is a new cottage complete with a 10 x 24 deck where you can enjoy a coffee/tea and marvel at the amazing sunrise. A short drive or nice walk will take you to Northern Bay Sands, a beautiful sandy beach with a fresh water inlet. Come and relax in a traditional Newfoundland salt box. Located on Brinson’s Hill in the town of Winterton. Our home is period with modern touches. The harbour is a short walk where you can take in the scenic views and the smell of the sea air. Winterton is located on Trinity Bay. Home to the Wooden boat museum.
