Second building (bunkhouse) available for an additional fee, includes bunks, full bed, & bathroom. Bunkhouse only available summer & fall.

Quiet, cozy apartment on a peaceful side street, minutes away from the University of Maine's flagship Orono campus. Located a short distance from the Bangor Waterfront concerts. Great launching pad for day trips to Acadia National Park or hiking and fishing in Baxter State Park, both within 1.5 hour drive. Close to hundreds of miles of ATV and snowmobiling trails. Apartment is recently renovated and directly connected to host family home, with comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests

Outskirts of Orono, space has an upstairs sleeping loft, with a low-ish ceiling and very comfy bed. The bathroom has a shower, the kitchen has a hot plate, microwave/convection, ‘fridge, and there is a large main room downstairs. Windows everywhere, and an AC unit in summer. Less than 20 minutes walk to restaurants, Ampersand’s grocery, and hiking. UMaine is our chief attraction but we are 20 min drive from the Bangor Waterfront. Arrive at 3 pm and leave at 10 am, but we are flexible.

Enjoy restaurants, bars and cafés in Orono or Old Town. We are very close to 95, making it easy to day trip to Acadia National Park, Camden, or Baxter State Park.
