The apartment consists of an enclosed bedroom with a king-size bed, a kitchen, a living room with a full-size sofa bed sleeping two, and a small dining room. The bathroom contains a shower. The apartment is on the first floor of the building, up one flight of stairs. There is also an elevator.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms with bathtubs and 2 toilets — downstairs, a bathroom and separate toilet; upstairs, a bathroom with toilet.
