Nestled into a private forested locus in the charming hamlet of Halcottsville, NY is SPACECRAFTX1 SANCTUARY, a transformed single wide trailer with walls of glass sliders that showcase the ultimate designer, Mother Nature with her majestic mountain vistas, perennial x calming Japanese rock gardens. SPACECRAFTX1 STARGATE (separate structure) is a wellness studio for yoga, pilates, barre x meditation with an infrared sauna with chromotherapy for a “Design Your Own” self-care retreat experience.

The Woodland Valley Spa Cabin (20min to Woodstock)

Get away from it all and connect with nature at our luxurious cabin located right in the heart of the highly coveted Woodland Valley neighborhood of the Catskills. Conveniently located 9 min from downtown Phoenicia, 20 min from Woodstock for dining and culture, and 4 min from hiking trailheads. We painstakingly and lovingly designed the spa cabin, and if you come take advantage of all that it has to offer, we have no doubt you'll come away feeling rested, rejuvenated, and at one with nature!

Comfortable Woodstock Getaway

Our peaceful property is 5 minutes from the Town of Woodstock, 15 minutes to historic Kingston and Exit 19 of the NYS-Thruway, and 45 minutes to ski areas. The house is large and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of lounge space, a sunlit expansive library with a large variety of old and new books, a home gym, and a backyard with a fire pit. Great for families with or without kids and weekend getaways with friends. Our goal is to offer an affordable experience for all our guests.

Escape just 2 hrs from NYC to our dreamy mountain facing A-Frame cabin in the Catskills foothills. Close by you can Hike some of the most beautiful trails, Swim Waterholes, chase or even climb waterfalls, and explore charming towns, farms & breweries/wineries by day. By night, grill on the overhanging deck, stargaze by the firepit, watch a movie in the cozy cinema/game room or soak in the hot tub under the stars. The Porch Upstate Super clean

Halcottsville is a tiny hamlet In the heart of the Catskills .The porch is a compound with an old general store built in 1890 which is available for rent .We also have a restored barn , gardens and Apple orchard . The Bungalow is super private and still right on Main Street in Halcottsville. We will definitely will share our veggies and fruit with you . We have 3 sheep , 10 chickens and 5 barn cats .Halcottsville has its own post office ,voluntary fire department and a beautiful Lake.

The main level is a massive open living room/ chef's kitchen/ dining/ fireplace on one level and a sweeping sunny deck. The home features 3 main bedrooms with ensuites, plus 2 other big bedrooms, a total of 5 bathrooms, and a yoga room with views. The perfect, central Catskill location gives you access to restaurants, farm stands, hiking, skiing, Phoenicia, Woodstock, and more!

Outside: 2 private decks with amazing views of Overlook Mountain, private grill, private hot tub. On property: shared tennis court, swing set, fishing pond, heated pool (summer only). 2 hours from NYC, 10 min. to Woodstock & Saugerties.

Woodstock Historic Artist Estate- The Museum House

The property is an estate formerly owned by renowned artist Reginald Marsh located within a 10 minute walking distance to the center of the historic town of Woodstock, NY. The 2500sft house is the former Museum House that used to hold Mabel Marsh’s art collection that was later acquired by the Smithsonian Institute. It has been architect gut-renovated into a dramatic living experience surrounded by nature and water. The Pond and Carriage House are at the opposite side of the estate..

The Loft is a great base year-round. Explore fun towns like Margaretville, Andes. The loft is a cozy, private spot to unwind in a peaceful mountainside location. Super savings on longer stays, too! Great holiday dates still open. Cold weather is just around the corner. Super skiing & boarding nearby at Belleayre and Plattekill. Our private road is plowed and sanded. To ensure smooth winter travels, you MUST have an AWD vehicle with WINTER tires. No AWD needed rest of year.
