Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

**Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer (2h) is also available. ** The holidayhome is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, ice cream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

“Casa di Giuilia” is an indipendent villa set among olive trees, dating to the beginning of the 19thcentury. It is part of an estate which was very extended in the past. You will be fascinated by thetranquillity of the place and by the wonderful view on the sea and on the Eolian Islands.You can admire a breathtaking landscape from the house's terraces . In 2021 was built a new and panoramic swimming pool that completes the villa and will make your vacation unforgettable. villa is for 5 guests.

Una piccola ma graziosa e confortevole dependance in villa completa di tutti i comfort, immersa nel verde e nella quiete di un bosco di querce lontano dai rumori, per momenti di relax a contatto con la natura e la campagna.

La casa dispone di un'ampia cucina attrezzata, due camere da letto, un divano letto, due bagni, aria condizionata, WI-FI gratuito. A vostra disposizione terrazza dove poter pranzare. The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

A historic house inside the Archaeological Park. Il Giardinetto di San Marco è un appartamento indipendente ricavato all'interno della Tenuta San Marco, villa storica di fine 700 finemente restaurata. La Tenuta San Marco si trova all'interno dell'area del Parco Archeologico della Valle dei Templi. La casa offre panorami suggestivi sui templi, sul mare e sulla campagna circostante. È il posto perfetto per evadere senza andare troppo lontano immersi nella storia della Sicilia.

Da qui potrete accedere al terrazzino con vista sul mare, anch'esso dotato di cucina, tavolo da pranzo, sdraio, divanetti su cui potersi rilassare e godere del meraviglioso panorama: il mare, la spiaggia ed il promontorio del Tindari.
