Melt into the relaxing environment of Oloncito at this newly constructed 2nd story home, 1 min walk to the beach. The unit is filled with modern appliances, including 2 AC units, stovetop, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, & microwave. Enjoy refreshing showers in the open, glass structure. The neighborhood is quiet, filled with the sounds of native birds, trotting horses, & iguana calls. The unit is comprised of 2 spacious rooms & a balcony. There are two workstations. Internet is fast & reliable.

El edificio cuenta con piscina con cascada, estacionamiento y ascensor. Cuidador en el lugar los 7 días de la semana. El apartamento ha sido redecorado y tiene 2 dormitorios con 2 baños completos, lavadora y secadora, aire acondicionado y muchas otras comodidades.
