Tucked into a hollow on the eastern edge of Prairiewood's preserve, Cottonwood Suite exudes romance and abundance. Cottonwood has everything you need for a weekend getaway or overnight stay: spacious living quarters, spa-like features including oversized soaker tub, gas fireplace, comfort amenities including hospitality counter with mini fridge and microwave, patio with outdoor seating, and yard with fire pit, hammock, and grill — with easy access to trails, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking.

We are a working farm with crops, cattle, horses, and chickens. Centrally located between Manhattan, Clay Center and Marysville KS. Bring your atv’s and utv’s for the dirt roads & nearby public ORV park! Ask us about our hunting opportunities! There is an extra fee for hunting. Need a break from suburbia? Come to the farm and breath the fresh air. Enjoy our full coffee bar while you relax on the porch. We have all the amenities for a working vacation or a quiet retreat. Come to the farm!

There is just something special about an A-Frame and we are delighted to share ours with you! Come calm your soul in the peace and comfort of a home away from home nestled in the Flint Hills of Kansas. Located on the east side of Tuttle Creek Lake and next to Carnahan Creek Recreation Area. An awesome get away for families, friends and couples. Manhattan is a 20 min drive for city fun. We can accommodate up to 8 people upon request for an additional $20.00 per head per night.

Come enjoy a weekend away at the lake. Our 2 bedroom, two bath lake home offers all you need for a relaxing weekend away. Enjoy shopping, catch a ballgame in neighboring Manhattan, KS or just take in the nature and wildlife that Northeast Kansas has to offer. While not suited for children under 5, there is lots to do for young and old alike. Enjoy the outdoors on the deck, fish nearby Tuttle Creek Reservoir or tame the trails at the Randolph Off Road Vehicle park.

Stunning Lake View Lodge Retreat

Lake View Lodge Retreat. This stunning 180 degree lake view home is located on a ridge at Tuttle Creek overlooking the lake and beautiful rolling flint hills. It's lodge decor including fine leather furniture, antler lamps and an enormous Buffalo mount give it a warm atmosphere. It is only a 10 minute drive to Kansas State University. This cozy retreat is a perfect space for game weekends, couples get away, business/church retreats, or a family vacation.

Konza Cabin

A unique lodging and agricultural experience located in the Flint Hills. Enjoy 100 acres of farm life by viewing the cows and our ranch operations, feed the horses, hike the hills, sit by the pond and enjoy the wildlife year round. The Konza Cabin was featured on the FYI Network series, "You Can't Turn That Into A House", 2 grain bins were made into a unique space, with glass walls connecting the grain bins - feeling one with nature.

Take it easy at this unique and peaceful getaway. This cabin is nestled in a friendly lake community. The Cabin is just 25 minutes down the road from Manhattan, KS and Kansas State University. It offers a beautiful view of Baldwin Cove on Tuttle Creek Lake. With quiet surroundings, a golf course and dock access to Tuttle Creek Lake just minutes away, it’s ideal for an active weekend or a secluded oasis.

The Hygge Lakehouse Retreat

The Hygge Lakehouse is located at the north end of Tuttle Creek Lake just 20 miles north of Manhattan and is a Scandinavian inspired experience. The location just off I-70 means it is close to Topeka (20 minutes) and Manhattan (less than 30 minutes). Also close to St. Mary's (20 minutes) and Maple Hill (5-8 minutes).
