Located in a safe residential neighborhood next to the mall, marinas, lakes, local parks, hiking trails, beaches, city transit, bike paths, restaurants, bakeries, breweries, wineries, and retail stores. Within 5 minutes of downtown Olympia and the Capitol. About 45 - 60 minutes from SeaTac Airport (depending on traffic). Good central location for the beach and Mt. Rainier. Within 15 minutes of Capitol and St. Peters hospital.

Extensive beautiful gardens give everyone the ambiance of a very, very peaceful place. Many love to connect with the friendly farm animals. The BNB is very comfortable & private. The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

It offers a peaceful and private retreat among towering trees overlooking Capitol Lake and the southern tip of the Salish Sea.

The spacious studio includes a full bath, full-size washer and dryer, a complete kitchen, and a separate dining area. The studio is in convenient bus and walking distance from the State Capitol Building and Downtown Olympia. Free street parking available. We live upstairs, above the studio, and you will hear signs of life when we are home.
