Charming Guest Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Maximum 2 guests - No guests UNDER the age of 12. A peaceful guest cottage located on the outskirts of Omaha and set on 2 acres that is shared by the owner’s 100 year old farmhouse and barn, you will relax and recharge at this charming cottage. The cottage is located down a short gravel lane shared by the owners. When it rains expect to walk through puddles. In the winter, if we have a heavy snow expect our shovels as soon as the day starts!

Escape to our Charming Guesthouse a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. Step outside to enjoy a peaceful patio with a soothing waterfall. On a fenced 3/4 acre lot, access to an outdoor firepit perfect for evening relaxation. Quiet Country House on fishing lake,close to Omaha

A tranquil country setting with a private fishing lake to enjoy. The lodge is completely independent of our home with separate entrance. Access to the lake for enjoyment including a boat and canoe (waiver required). We are in the country, but only minutes from Council Bluffs, Downtown or West Omaha. Whether you are looking for a weekend-get-away, the College World Series, Berkshire Hathaway Week, NCAA B-Ball, Olympic Trials, or work we have one of the best locations around for relaxing.

Benson Red

Enjoy a cozy guest housee in Omaha's Benson district. It's just a short walk to downtown Benson and about a 10 minute drive to popular districts like Downtown, CWS, Zoo, Blackstone, Dundee & the airport. The home features a queen sized bed and a massive en suite rainfall shower with multiple shower heads. Enjoy the home away from home with an in-law suite located in the rear of the main home. The back yard has a fire pit just off the spacious patio and deck. Enjoy the charcoal grill and bistro style seating. Plenty of outdoor seating with rocking chairs and a hammock that you can relax in. There is a play-sets and enjoy the security of a 6-foot privacy fence. We are just outside Offutt’s back gate. Within 20 minutes to Henry Doorly Zoo, Charles Schwab & Werner Park ball fields.

The Hidden Garden at Blackstone

Newly renovated second floor of a carriage house located on a historic property in the popular Blackstone District. Shares an acre of land with the main house, built in 1892 and occupied by the owners. Although situated in the middle of the city, the unit feels secluded from its urban environment and looks out onto a garden surrounded by trees, shrubs and flowers and is in walking distance to many restaurants and bars in both the Blackstone District and Midtown Crossing.

Beautiful studio loft over garage. Enjoy the country feel with the convenience of being right in town. Living area with tv and beds (twin bed, twin trundle bed, futon double bed), kitchenette (microwave, keurig, and mini fridge), dining area, and bathroom with jacuzzi tub. No kids under 12/pets/smoking. Limit 3 people/1 vehicle. Uneven stone stairs with no handrail. Noise from kids, dogs, and farm animals.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Boasting 11 oversized windows, original art and Located in the heart of omaha. This is a good base spot for any reason to enjoy Omaha. Room for 12 or more, we list at Sleeps 8 to include Murphy bed, air mattresses and convertible coach arrangements as well as 2 sleeping bags. 1000sw ft is 3-4 hotel rooms.

Sasquatch’s Den

Relax or enjoy the outdoors having some suds 🍺 with Sasquatch. This cozy studio sleeps 2 on a fold out futon( we have a mattress topper for your comfort and a comfy twin air mattress if needed, coffee maker,refrigerator with local beers, charcoal grill, and microwave. Fire pit outside for you and hiking trails on the property, and a sand volley ball court on the property.

Private Victorian Guest House Loft

Unique and tranquil getaway. Exclusive to guest and very private. Central to Council Bluffs area with a 5-10 minute drive to most of Council Bluffs and 10 minute Drive to Omaha. Small Turn Staircase is not steep as tread height is 7 1/2" USA standard. Spacious sleeping room/Living Room, Kitchen and small bathroom with new shower.
