PARADISE FOR HUMANS AND DOG! Rustici Gemma are 2 cottages on the Monti di Porano above Ascona, municipality of Ronco. Nestled in a fenced garden, about 2000 m2, in the midst of nature with a fantastic view over Lake Maggiore. We rent house B alone or on request together with house A with an extra charge. If you rent just 1 House, the other house remains empty. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath fresh air from the mountain.

This stunning stone house in a car-free village is ideal for those looking for the ideal combination of style, nature, and rustic living. Enjoy dinner in the huge garden with the Onsernone Valley's best view and all day sunshine. Its balcony, plunge pool, and completely private location above the village are particularly prized by visitors. Locarno is only 25 minutes away. The house is accessible on foot from the road in 7 minutes up MANY steep steps. Only families and quiet groups please!

The Farmer House of Villa Raghezzi

Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest shared only with your hosts. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs apartment IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.
