Take a verandah seat to watch the morning mist quietly rise. Observe the abundant wildlife who are happy to call Oro home, or be intoxicated by the afternoon ‘golden hour’. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Little Livingstone is a brand new Tiny Home surrounded by crown land on three sides and overlooking Livingstone Creek and Mount Mesley. This is compact calm in one remote place yet still walkable to Main Street. Guests really feel like Little Livingstone is a real escape with a super private location, looking at mountains, swimming in the creek or relaxing in the bath. A place to disconnect and breathe. Situated at your doorstep is the Historic Reform Hill along with the famous Murray to Mountains Rail Trail. The property features a bullnose verandah and all the modern facilities you need for an enjoyable stay, with 3 spacious guest rooms and large open plan living overlooking an outside deck.

Bright Lavender Farm: Mud Brick Miners Cottage 2

This unique and tranquil experience, your very own mud brick cottage set on a lavender farm with sunsets and fantastic views. 5km to Bright Township. Also near by is the Ovens river, autumn colour, rail trail bike path, golf course and walking tracks, Mount Buffalo and its historic chalet. A well equipped kitchen and BBQ on your own veranda. The property even has a private mountain stream. The lavender is in flower from around mid Dec before getting harvested in Feb to make essential oil.
