The Carriage House is located in the quaint downtown area of Livingston, Texas just minutes from antique stores, restaurants, Lake Livingston, trails, the Alabama Coushatta’s Naskila Gaming casino, fishing, boating and more! Part of one of Livingston’s oldest homes, the Carriage House is the perfect place to get away and decompress on is lofty balcony reading a book, streaming your favorite shows in its chic interior, checking out local sites, or interacting with one of its reported spirits.

Cabin Life by Lake Livingston

Kick back and relax in this thoughtfully furnished and designed cabin near Lake Livingston (2nd largest lake in TX)! Come here to picnic or take a canoe (available to rent) out into the lake! You can also fish here all year round! Community pool/gym/dock/boat ramp/picnic area available within walking distance (~5 blocks away - Cabin is not on the water, see map). You'll love this cabin and lake! We live nearby and can answer any questions/share recommendations. We look forward to hosting you!

Waterfront Group-friendly House on Livingston

We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Enjoy the solitude and beauty of a stay at the Cottage at Jones Road Ranch overlooking grazing horses. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to fix up your gourmet meals. The Bluebonnet is nestled beside our sparkling 1/2 acre pond with a fountain, ducks and fish. A wooded area behind and open fields out front brings a nice breeze across the porch. Makes for a perfect place to enjoy the sunset or stars!
