Looking out over the courtyard, this delightful apartment with vaulted ceilings enjoys three beautiful bedrooms all with patio doors onto the cottage garden - a glorious way to start the day! The open kitchen/sitting room and large luxury bathrooms make this a perfect and spacious retreat. Extra wide doors and ramped access provide access with disabled visitors in mind. A single duo bed can be added to the Single or the Double room to allow an additional guest taking the total occupancy to 6.

Orchard Cottage at Ballawyllin Farm

Orchard Cottage is a luxurious, high quality, open plan dome-shaped cottage. It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.

The Annex

Spacious private Annex off family home in quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Douglas. Host lives at the linked family home. A half hour walk/10-minute drive to central Douglas and 5 minute drive to Nobles Hospital. Beautiful hill views and private off-road parking. Comfortable property with access to private established garden, with seating and fire pit. Use of gym is at own risk, owner accepts no liability.

This modern first floor apartment has panoramic views of Douglas bay and headland. The view is ever changing, watch the sail boats/ferries and the occasional cruise shop arrive in port. All rooms are modern and oversized. An optional 2nd bedroom that shares the main bathroom is available for families. Please note that I only take minimum one week bookings in school holiday periods.

Manx Stone Cottage

Small Manx Stone Cottage with all mod cons. Our cottage has 2 small upstairs bedrooms each with a double bed and 1 downstairs bedroom with a single bed. Ideal for 3 guests but can accommodate up to 5 guests. As bedroom space is limited wall rails only are available for clothes in each bedroom. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
