Carl’s beautiful newly renovated studio just a short walk to the beach. (12 minutes) Contemporary, big studio with separate kitchen located on ground floor with separate private entry. All furnishings, kitchen and bathroom amenities completely new, including blankets, bed linings, and bathroom supplies. The studio is located very conveniently in central Auckland making it easy to go everywhere. 2 min walk from bus stops, 20min walk from the train station, and 15mins drive to airport and CBD.

This contemporary studio apartment is located in Royal Oak, midway between Auckland Airport and the central city. Beautiful Cornwall Park and Maungakiekie mountain are at one end of the street. Formerly a studio for the artist/owner this is now a cosy space with the artist's work on display and available for purchase. Underfloor heating and heated towel rail will keep you cosy in winter. Within walking easy distance to bus routes to the city, cafes, shopping mall, banks, restaurants etc.

Our modern guesthouse is in a central location, easy motorway access to North and South. It’s a 15-minute drive from Auckland’s Domestic & International Airports and mid-way in Auckland’s CBD. There's access to a wide range of retail outlets (including supermarkets), cafes/restaurants, parks, a beach/coastal walkways, a bus stop and train station within a short walk. Situated down a private driveway, our one bedroom with Queen bed and lounge sofa bed double. Self-check-in via lock box.

One large bedroom and a large bathroom with a great full pressure shower. Only minutes walk from public transport, cafes, bars and gym. Walking distance to Ellerslie race course. Lovely inner city suburb of Auckland. There is lots of parking on our quiet street. Smokers, a great out door area to relax.
