Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, a honeybee apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets!

Cozy Cazenovia Creek Cottage less than 2 miles into the village. This Fly Fisherman’s Cottage sits directly on Chittenango Creek! Chittenango Creek is known for its hiking, biking, and of course world renowned fishing! What used to be the original carriage house down from an 1890 Farm House has been transformed into a rustic space with original exposed beams yet clean and comfortable space with all the modern conveniences. Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse is a great place for adults to feel like a kid again and to unwind in the woods or down by the water! A cozy get-away for couples, or small group get together! (The Nest is not suitable children or pets). The tree house has front and back decks. Under the treehouse is a sheltered picnic table area, propane grill, and a wood fire pit and outdoor games. Hang out by the overlook and enjoy the view or follow trail down to Fish Creek water access.
