Located on a quiet, beautiful country road in Unadilla, NY sits our cozy 900 sq ft Hilltop Camp with an incredible view that lets you see for miles. We are a few short minutes from the Gilbertsville Farmhouse, Far View Farms, and also conveniently located to Cooperstown All Star Village (17 miles) and Cooperstown Dreams Park (37 miles). Copes Corner Park is 3 miles away where you can fish or launch a kayak. The Unadilla Drive-In, breweries, snowmobile trails, and places to hike are also nearby.

Retreat to this Unique, Private Cabin on 14 private acres. Enjoy the vast mountain views and endless stars from the cozy front porch or the screened private balcony off the master bedroom. Enjoy the meditation chapel and heated guest house. Eat from apple and peach trees. Essentials include pellet stove, washer/dryer, fire pit BBQ and all essential appliances. 13 mins to the Cooperstown Baseball All Star Village. 2 miles to the Historic Village of Franklin. Vibrant Oneonta is 12 mins away.

The Lily Pad

If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a separate one room king bed cottage, with a front porch, between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away (attached to our home for plumbing purposes). Enjoy the serenity of the ponds and birds. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything.

Cooper Creek

Cooper Creek is a valuable piece of central New York history that was built in the late 1700s. This homestead once included an outhouse, a spring house, a Cooper shed, and a proud hand hewn timber barn. Robby and Eileen Robbins purchased the property in 1984-finding it in desperate need of plumbing, electricity, as well as emergent repairs in order to preserve as much history as possible. The 18th century beams,& the wooden pegs used instead of nails helps it maintain its unique identity.

Our beloved property is perfect for couples needing to escape the city, decompress and deplug. You're minutes to charming Delhi and other Catskill villages, with nature all around, and our canoe ready for you. We are happy to welcome your doggies, but not your cats due to allergies.
