Grandma's Cottage

This cottage has 2 bedrooms w/2 full size beds, a screened front porch with table/chairs. There is a full bathroom and kitchen with microwave, fridge, stove, table and chairs. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer. There is an outdoor firepit, and we provide the firewood. The 100 ft. lake frontage is a short walk through a forever park which is right next door to the cottage. The cottage is close to wine trails, fine dining, boating, fishing, hiking and CMAC Performing Arts Center.

Cozy 2 bedroom lower level apartment in host's home in the beautiful historic district of Canandaigua. 1 to 2 miles from shops, restaurants, pubs, and Canandaigua Lake, and easy to walk to everything if you enjoy walking. Just 12 miles from Bristol Mountain, 4 miles from CMAC, and 2 miles from Sonnenberg Gardens. The private entrance has a coded keyless entry which will be presented upon booking. Pets are welcome at $25 per pet per stay.
