If you are looking for a great lakefront with beach access; this is your place! Nice pebble beach and sturdy dock to watch wonderful Seneca Lake sunrises. After a day of wine touring just take a quick turn off the trial for a quiet place to watch the cottages across the lake sparkle as the sun sets on them. This space is a small, cozy set up. A low loft above offers 2 twin beds while downstairs there is a queen bed and a couch pullout. Nice wrap around deck offers a great place to grill outside.

Nestled back away from the road you'll find a fire pit, a small wooden handmade log bridge, repurposed material sculptures, and a wood stove heated tiny house from a repurposed trailer. This place has solar energy only, no running water and a composting toilet outhouse. Wine country, hiking, lakes, gorges, nature rich earth abound!

The tiny home is located in a forest setting (hike in) area on our property, with access and views of a 10 acre pond. We provide a canoe and a row boat for use on the pond. Limited kitchen....outdoor cooking only, a propane grill is provided. This is more of an off grid site and we encourage you to enjoy the outdoor surroundings & wildlife.
