Novoizgrađena i vrlo moderna Villa SALVIA luksuzni je smještaj na 3500 m² u potpuno ograđenom objektu s privatnim bazenom, vanjskom blagavaonicom i sjedećom garniturom, ležaljkama uz bazen, kompletno opremljena kuhinja, 1 dnevni boravak, 4 spavaćih soba i 6 kupaonica. Tu je i igraonica s bilijarskim stolom, stolnim nogometom, PS4. Vanjsko multifunkcionalno igralište s nogometnim i teniskim terenom, te postavljenim koševima za košarku. Villa Callista is a newly bulit in 2023. The Villa is suitable for a maximum of seven people (6+1 sofa bed). The Villa has two floors with three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as a wc on the ground floor. The Villa is set behind a panoramic view of the sea. It has plenty of parking spaces. From the parking space, the house can be easily accessed for all types of guests. Villa Callista is fully furnished with personalized A/C and heating throughout the entire house
