With its traditional green shutters—a true symbol of Dalmatian heritage—the house captures the timeless spirit of the region. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers complete tranquility, complemented by breathtaking sunsets each evening.

In our spacious apartment, you will enjoy a 180° Sea view and reside at a high standard. We have stable WIFI, working tables, efficient cooling and floor heating. You are 5 walking minutes away from beach, bakery or grocery store. Connect this apartment with the 4 Seasons Rogoznica studio for a trip with your favorite group (max 8 pple). Our apartment was renovated in 2024 & is fully functioning. The façade and outer environment are currently under construction.
