Mbashe River Heights is self catering accommodation situated just off the N2 at Mbashe River Bridge 30km from Idutywa and 55km from Mthata, in in a rural village called Mzinya close to Qunu(Mandelas home and burial place) and Mvezo(Mandelas birth place). The Mbashe river is ideal for fishing small mouth yellow fish, carp, palling and barbell. Beautiful area for motorbikes and mountain bikes. Situated inside the fenced-in Hole in the Wall resort grounds. Spectacular sea view! 80 meters to the beach. Communal swimming pool. Children's play area. Daily Dolphin and whale sightings in season. Pub and restaurant on site. There are four different beaches within a very easy walk from the cottage. Gillies are available outside the gate for a fishing outing to some top spots.
