Built in 1909 this home is historic and beautiful to look at. Being 4,000sq ft you’ll have plenty of room to stretch out. Bring the whole family or have the place to yourself. It’s located in the middle of our beloved small town, Springfield on 1.4 acres. 35 minutes from Aiken, SC. 36 minutes from Orangeburg, Sc 1 hr from Columbia, SC. Bedroom info: King and 1 full bed located downstairs. 1 queen, another queen and 2 single beds located upstairs. All showers are walk in. One upstairs & 1 down

This family-friendly spacious lakefront home with dock is located on a peninsula and boasts water access on three sides of the property. Park your boat at your own personal dock using the boat ramp located directly across from the property. This property has room for 13 people, but there is also access to an air mattress. Enjoy the 3 huge porches, fire pit, paddle boat, hammocks and swings, fishing, drop in your kayak or paddle board straight off the property and head out to Lake Marion.

Pitch a tent in a beautiful wooded get-away! Close to 95 and 26. About 2 miles from Santee State Park, golf courses, and several restaurants/ shops. Centrally located to Charleston, Congaree NP, Columbia, and a little further from Savannah and Charlotte. Local bar within walking distance, offering live music, trivia, and karaoke. Rideshare driver on site. We have friendly dogs and yours are welcome too! Just note, this is a natural retreat so we never know what animals may visit us!
