Riverside Retreat

One bedroom self-contained basement apartment right on the bank of the Grand River in historic Fergus, Ontario. Very quiet. Spacious screened porch next to Grand River! Fifteen minutes walk (or less than five minutes drive) to downtown Fergus. Beautiful downtown Elora, Elora Gorge Conservation Area and Belwood Lake Conservation Area are all within a ten minute drive. Note that access is down a flight of exterior stairs and unfortunately is not suited for individuals with mobility challenges.

Broken Silo

Built in 1867, our attached carriage house has been renovated into a studio apartment. It has a private bath, complete kitchen, sitting area, in-floor heat, coffee and tea. We are located 7 kms south of Elora, 10 kms west of Fergus and 15 kms north of Guelph in the hamlet of Ponsonby. The apartment has a king size bed and a smart TV. No Pets or Smoking. Longer term rentals are available at discounted prices. We have honey bees, chickens, pigeons and a dog named Penny on the property.

Within a five to 10 minute drive enjoy more beauty of the Elora Gorge or Bellwood lake conservation area or Cox Cedar Cellars .

Mr. Daniels is out on a whiskey run. This western themed unit, with the top quality accommodations. This warm cosy second floor (NOT basement) bachelor suit is equipped with everything necessary. Based on a western theme this will take you back to the wild Wild West. Located in the heart of the village of Georgetown, this unit steps away from the Main Street where you will find many restaurants, pubs, cafes and more. Come enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the old village.

The Upper Deck

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.
