Restored from a ruin over 7 years, this house benefits from panoramic sea views, access to the sea, as well as having a pool. If you're looking to escape, you might come and never want to leave! There are lots of water activities for all ages. If you'd just like to look at the sea, but prefer ambling, there are coast as well as hill walks. Viganj village shop provides essentials, and Orebic is only 15 minutes away for a weekly shop. Korcula (Island and historic town) is just across the bay.

Villa MAR is located at the very center, less than 100m from the sea, beaches, promenade and shops. This apartment is located on the 2nd and highest floor and consists of two bedrooms each with it's private bathroom and exit to the big balcony with seating arrangements and amazing panoramic sea views. The kitchen and living area exit to the 2nd balcony with both hill and sea views. They aren't air-conditions (ventilators only), but both rooms have their own AC.
