The Farm Cottage is a renovated former horse hotel. It retains the charm of its former use yet is well appointed and updated for comfort & convenience. The cottage overlooks a pasture with 2 barns with the Siskiyous beyond to the south & the Ashland, Grizzly Peak Hills to the east. We are only 2 easy miles from downtown Ashland with multiple wineries close by. There is hiking, swimming at Emigrant Lake nearby as well. If quiet is what you are looking for, the cottage will meet all your needs.

Enter the detached cottage through your own private door to find a memory foam-covered queen bed, your own closet and private bathroom with hot shower, a small refrigerator, hot water kettle and basic tea/coffee-making facilities. This updated cottage is perfect for those who want a peaceful, countryside retreat with modern amenities.

McKay Creek Bunkhouse

Welcome to McKay Creek Bunkhouse. We are located on McKay Creek 11 miles from the heart of Pendleton, Oregon. This 1900 bunkhouse is situated near the blue mountains and is recognized by the state of Oregon as part of our century farm which is still a working farm. The bunkhouse is surrounded by a couple of acres of grass and wheat fields. Locate just down from the mouth of McKay Reservoir you may see geese, turkeys and deer to name a few wildlife that visit the area. Come and relax.

The Barnhaus at Treetop Lodge—formerly The Studio—was completely and meticulously renovated for 2025. This handcrafted retreat sleeps 7 (2 kings, 1 bunkbed and a sofabed) with luxe TVs, a high-speed gaming PC, hot tub, firepit, EV Charging and gym. Set on 11 private acres with hiking trails through the forest that lead to a secluded lakefront. The private hot tub with string lighting is where rustic charm meets high-tech comfort—surrounded by nature and built for relaxation or play.

The 406 Shop

One bedroom, queen size bed, air mattresses available, full bathroom with shower. Park in front of the shop. Kitchen: full size fridge, microwave, toaster & Keurig. Concrete floors throughout, pet friendly. Max 4 guests without approval. RV plug with pull through parking available. Any unregistered guests on property after 11 pm will be charged as an additional occupant. NO UNAUTHORIEZED PARTIES ALLOWED. You will be asked to vacate property and an event fee will be charged.

Horse Barn Apartment on a Beautiful Farm

The Apartment is spacious, beautiful and sleeps 2 in a queen bed. Up to 2 more people can stay but bring pads and bedding for them. Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the woods & creek. The Bath House is for you only but is a separate building & located only 20 feet away. It has a claw foot tub, shower, sink, etc. It is worth the walk. Enjoy a farm get-a-way. Our place is amazing but rural so dogs bark, geese honk, donkeys bray, horses neigh, etc. Join us to slow down.
