Joyful Yurt with View of South Santiam River

Drink in the panoramic view of the South Santiam River in our funky yurt! The yurt is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, futon, rocking chair, mini dinette, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plates, glasses, silverware, bedding, and towels provided. Yurt is located near the main house, yet a privacy courtyard had been created for additional solitude. Hot showers and flushing toilets are in a separate, unheated building about a 3 minute walk away. Glamping at its finest!

This elegant 24-ft cedar-lined yurt features hardwood floors, heat, A/C, queen bed & queen futon. Open and airy with a clear dome to stargaze from bed! A private attached tiny home includes a bathroom with hot shower and a full kitchen with propane stove, fridge, coffee maker (no microwave). Free continental breakfast: croissants, jelly, yogurt w/ fruit, oatmeal, juice, coffee & tea. Private farm setting near river, animals roam outside. 15 min to Canyonville, 40 min to Safari. The Bluebird House

John Muir once said, "The best place to ride out a storm is in a tree." This is a private guest suite attached to our home (not a detached unit), with its own separate entrance and patio. Exclusive guest suite in striking new modern home tucked into the forested ridgelines of the Tualatin Mountains north of Portland. Stellar Cabin

Wake Up to Wedding Cake! Stellar Cabin can be your private hideaway. Soak in the wood fired hot tub and gaze up at a blanket of stars. Cook a steak on the grill, make dinner in the fun cook shack and sit around and watch evening come. John Day Fossil Beds are close by. Hike Blue Basin, swim in the river or dig for fossils! We are out of range for most cell service, but it's close by. Wifi available at host house if needed! And pets are welcome!

Lilly Glen Treehouse is in the most magical and enchanting setting. Nestled in a very Jurassic looking gully and overlooking a 40foot waterfall, this is truly a one of a kind experience. Although you have exclusive use of the treehouse, you still have access to all of Taylor Creek Lodge's amenities . Enjoy a treehouse experience in luxury. A continental breakfast basket is included each morning. Sorry, no children under 12 years old.

The Hideout | A Modern Tiny Cabin Near Mt. Hood

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.
