It is a quaint place, yet roomy enough for everyone to have their own space. ***The basement of this house is rented as well so please be aware that you may hear noise from other people. Their space Is completely blocked off so you will not have any interaction with them. ***This house is located near a main road which may cause some noise. QUIET HRS: 10pm-7am There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and a living room.

Conveniently located near Brigham Young University, Utah Valley University, the Missionary Training Center, shopping and any outdoor adventure you can imagine. It is cozy, boasting plenty of room for 2 or 3 people. It is comfortably warm in the winter and cool in the summer. All beds, furniture, appliances, dinner ware, WiFi T.V., washer and dryer are brand spanking new.

Easy access to walking, biking, and hiking trails in Utah Valley and only 15 minutes away from Sundance Ski Resort. Private parking and a fully fenced large lawn to enjoy with a fire pit, hammock, and more. The mountain views are stunning. You'll love it here!

Our apartment has everything included: bathroom, kitchenette (with dishes), linens, privacy, a private deck with Adirondack chairs for enjoying the beginning or end of a day. Off the main roads enough to be quiet, close enough to access the highway and mountains in 5 min. A nice bed, extra futon space, and free street parking. It's our little slice of heaven and we are excited to share it with you!
