Happy Valley Pavilions Spring Beach

Recently renovated with expansive decking spaces offering a beautiful oasis. Within a bush setting on Happy Valley Road, this architecturally designed ‘shack’ consists of 2 compact eco pavilions joined by a covered deck. There is a bush track directly to the beautiful Spring Beach - around 5-10 minutes to walk. There are two more dwellings close by, but trees, bushes and clever design offer complete privacy. Approx 6 minutes drive (4km) from Orford centre (and the closest shops/cafe's etc).

Three capes cabin.

Set amongst native gum and banksia the cabin overlooks the clear waters of little Norfolk Bay. Externally blending in with its environment and internally featuring detailed timberwork using Tasmanian Oak giving a natural feel. Centrally located within the Tasman Peninsula it's a short drive to everything on offer. Shearers Hut

Slow down at this unique and tranquil getaway. A stylishly restored baltic pine hut that was the original Shearers Hut at Twamley Farm, in the days when shearing was done with hand shears and the season would stretch on for months. Situated at the end of the valley, the Shearers Hut boasts vistas of the densely forested rolling hills surrounding Twamley Farm. Get cosy by the wood fire or relax in the outdoor bath, breathing in the clean, crisp country air and soaking up the farm views.

Tawny - A little luxury by the bay.

Tawny is a custom built Tiny House, whose name is inspired by the elusive Tawny Frogmouth who live in the area. With luxury bedding and facilities, an outdoor bath and stunning location overlooking Spring Bay, Tawny offers a tranquil, intimate space to relax and unwind from the everyday. A short drive to a choice of amazing beaches and short walks; Maria Island and local eateries. You can relax in the boat shed by day and in the evening, gaze at the stars by the warmth of the fire pit.

Carlton River Escape

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

Rostrevor Pickers Cottage

Sandra & Ricky are pleased to be hosting Rostrevor Pickers Cottage located just 3 minutes from the Maria Island Ferry. Stroll around the historical Rostrevor farm which was once one of the largest orchards in the southern hemisphere and is now a family run fine wool and hereford cattle farm with many original buildings on site. This lovingly restored farm shed turned contemporary cottage is nestled in the shade of a centuries old oak tree, perfect for taking in the country quiet.

Experience the magic of a tiny house set amongst a grove of gum trees beside a creek around the bend from an isolated beach in a little-known corner of Tasmania. Luxury Beach House, Orford 3 Bedroom modern holiday home in a wonderful central position in Orford, Gateway to the East Coast of Tasmania. Less than 200 metres from Shelly Beach, less than 200 metres from the inlet, and even closer to the newsagent, supermarket, cafes and restaurants.
