Warnica in 1900, this spectacular property was the recipient of the Heritage Barrie award in 2018. The house features a large deck with a gas bbq, outdoor dining, and lots of lounging space. Right behind the townhouse is a beautiful nature ravine with lots of trails. Come, enjoy and relax.
