This cute little house is on a lovely marsh where you will hear birdsong while you enjoy the ever changing view of the gentle wetland. A mini paradise nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it is an easy bike ride or a short drive to Nauset Beach. Tiny and cozy, the cottage has every amenity for a comfortable stay! Enjoy this spacious studio apartment on a gorgeous, clean private pond. Separate entrance and lots of privacy; direct access to private freshwater beach, with a lovely float. Kayaks are available so you can enjoy the twin ponds. Note: no actual kitchen, but there is a wet bar with a Keurig and fridge to help start each day nicely. The studio has a King-size bed. In addition to the freshwater pond on the property, numerous bay and ocean beaches are just a 5 minute drive away

The Cape Cod Perch at West Dennis Beach Studio Apt

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a short walk from three Nantucket Sound beaches. This 300-square-foot studio apartment on the second floor of our home. With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable. Enjoy food from Sandbar, Swan River Seafood, Chapin's, Cleat & Anchor, & Bandera's Market in the summer. Call off season.

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

Spacious and serene, this up-to-date, upside-down house is the perfect spot to nestle in a quiet neighborhood and enjoy the seclusion of a dead-end street. While there is plenty to do at the house, you also have easy access to all else you may want. Walk to conservation trails or the harbor cove. See the sunrise at majestic Nauset on the Atlantic, or catch sunset at Skaket on the tranquil Cape Cod Bay. A beach house with all the comforts of home.
