Unique Waterfront Artist Cottage

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

Designer West End Detached Cottage

West End detached cottage ideally located between Commercial and Bradford Streets, across from Mussel Beach Gym and a block to all of the excitement Provincetown has to offer. Restaurants, bars, and beaches are at your doorstep. The cottage was rebuilt in 2008 with the charm you would expect from a Provincetown cottage and filled with natural light from windows on all four sides. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

Cape Cod Getaway 2 Bedroom Cozy Home

Newly updated in March 2023 with new white interior paint, new black doorknobs and cabinet pulls and new blinds throughout the home. The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

Cape Hideaway

Private suite on the first floor guests have exclusive use of the entire place. The second floor is my residence. The suite has a bedroom with queen temperpedic mattress, living room with queen sleep sofa, small kitchenette and bath. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, single burner cooktop and crockpot. Guests have access to the upper deck (shared space) which has a patio set and gas grill.
