Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

Island Style Guest Cottage

The island style guest cottage and bath house are in a quiet suburban neighborhood. There is an off street parking area reserved for the guest that is large enough to fit a vehicle with a trailer. The cottage is located close to downtown St Augustine, St Augustine beach, and St Augustine Amphitheatre, and just far enough away to get away from the congestion there. It is only 5 or 6 miles to all of those spots.

Cozy Cottage by the Springs

Cozy two bedroom cottage located north of Orlando on a tucked away dirt road. Directly across from Wekiva State Park with natural springs, canoeing, bike trails, camping and picnic facilities and tubing at Rock Springs Park. 10 min drive from Kings Landing. Near shopping centers, restaurants, bowling alley and theater. We are happy to say we now have county treated water!

Oceanfront cottage in quiet Ormond-by-the-Sea (N. of Daytona). 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths (w/garage), fully furnished, on a private beachfront street. Enjoy great ocean views on no-driving beach, 1 hr. from Orlando. Ideal for couple. Small pet may be ok (must be contained to house and our yard). Note: looking for MONTHLY rental in January and February 2025 (min 28 nights).

Our adorable resort has something for everyone. Our Retreat offers a detached game room with pool table. There is great fishing right off the dock. It is only a short drive by boat or car to beautiful springs, restaurants and bars. Close to Daytona and Orlando! Wildlife galore. The paddle boat has been replaced with two tandem Kayaks available for you to use
