Βρίσκεται εντός του Όρμου Παναγιάς και απέχει από την παραλία Τρανή Αμμούδα μόλις 5 λεπτά.Το σπίτι διαθέτει κλιματισμό, φούρνο και πλυντήριο ρούχων.Διαθέτει αυλή με χώρο μπάρμπεκιου.Έχει 2 δωματια ένα με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα δωμάτιο με 4 μονά κρεβάτια ,τα 2 κρεβάτια βρίσκονται σε loft και έχουν προσβαση με σκάλα.Διαθέτει 1 τουαλέτα με ντουζιέρα και 1 wc για αποκλειστική χρήση τουαλέτας.Ειναι 1,5 μπάνιο. Υπάρχει δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης για 1 αυτοκίνητο.

Αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με υπερδιπλο κρεβάτι και μια σαλοκουζινα με ένα καναπέ-κρεβατι.
