Και τα τρία διαθέτουν πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με φουρνάκι και ηλεκτρικές εστίες, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα και όλα τα απαραίτητα μαγειρικά σκεύη και σερβίτσια. Όλα τα διαμερίσματα έχουν το δικό τους ιδιωτικό λουτρό με ντουζιέρα και παροχή άφθονου ζεστού νερού όλο το 24ωρο. Μέσα στο περιφραγμένο οικόπεδο, υπάρχει ελεύθερος, ασφαλής χώρος στάθμευσης για τα αυτοκίνητα, στην σκιά των δέντρων.

Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. There are free parking spots by the house. We are pet friendly. Everything for dream vacation!

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

The studio includes one bedroom with a big double bed (queen size) with a specially anatomic mattress with the possibility of fitting also a baby’s playpen. In the same area there are an equipped kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils, a fridge, electric hot-plates for cooking, a 22″ LCD TV set, air-conditioning(A/C), free wifi, a safe box, a modern bathroom and a balcony with panoramic sea view.We provide sheets and towels.

To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road about 1km,(any car can come),between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees and sometime sheeps as well. The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min.The house have a really beautiful view to the sea
