We recently converted our garage into a beautiful studio apartment. We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. With an appointed kitchenette including a mini fridge, convection microwave, and coffee maker, you'll find all your needs met in this newly renovated and peaceful home. Guests have use of the building's community space which includes a pool table, a game room outfitted with foosball, a library, and a dining area with a fireplace.

Artist's Suite | EV Charger | Pet Friendly

Stay in our artist suite in the Sierra foothills. The space features a two-room guest suite, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and a patio open to an oak meadow. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size memory foam bed and a view of the waterfall and garden. Come to enjoy the calm tranquility of the countryside and listen to the waterfall and palm trees rustling. You are sure to have a restful night after a day of adventures! Level 2 EV charging is available upon request for an additional fee.

Starting from two cargo containers, this home was built to be a seamless space to enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing any luxuries while you play. Designed to be an off-grid, sustainable home, this house features a movable glass wall, which opens the living room into the outdoors facing the setting sun. Beautiful native landscaping surrounds a basketball court and covered dining area. Indoors, natural light and a playful spark runs throughout with a second story hammock to enjoy it all!

Kern’s Pond Paradise Lovely Private Suite

We love our Airbnb suite, and you will too! A bright room and relaxing spa await you on your private floor suite. You will enjoy your beautiful and airy bedroom with connected living and dining area, private bathroom, and small kitchenette. Step out your front door and into the hot tub overlooking a peaceful pond. You will enjoy the peace of Paradise but be only minutes away from Chico and many fun activities. Antique shopping, Fishing, Hiking, Swimming, Water sports, are all close by.

Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.
