If your coming up to fish, the Lake and river are close by and you can park your boat on the gated property. The owners live on the property, but are not on top of you. Also Charlie the dog lives on this property, he is very social. Overlook the town of Oroville with a beautiful view and the Buttes. Minutes from the Hospital and the Gold Country Casino Resort. Several hiking trails nearby.

In the heart of historic downtown Oroville, Judge Gray's home (est. 1875), offers four suites (each w/ private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, office & laundry. A couple or group of eight adults (no children) can enjoy the house while exploring the beauty and history of Butte County. One suite per guest (two guests maximum per suite.) Unbooked suites will be locked to keep the cleaning fee affordable for smaller groups.

This 3 Bedroom, spacious home is the perfect place to relax, BBQ and swim after a long day on Lake Oroville. Come home to a hot shower and a fresh clean home with all the amenities. Large Master BR with a private entrance onto the balcony that overlooks the lake. The lower level of the house is perfect for some separation of guests that have family members staying.
