Im Aussenbereich gibt es im Erd- und Obergeschoss einen Balkon mit wundervollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, sowie mehrere Sitzbereiche und Terrassen zum Entspannen. Die Mitbenutzung eines Pools (mit den weiteren 8 Häusern (meist Ostern - Okt), wie ein Stellplatz stehen zur Verfügung.

Der ideale Ort, um im T-Shirt auch im Winter auf dem Balkon Sonne zu tanken und das typische Tessiner Flair zu geniessen. Es ist ruhig gelegen und das Zentrum von Locarno, Bahnhof und See zu Fuss in 20 min erreichbar. Die Infrastruktur mit Bus, einem Laden und Restaurants ist ideal.
