An apartment designed for the enjoyment of its residents, with all the necessary amenities for a vacation experience in one of the most scenic areas of the wild coast of the Rías Altas in northern Galicia. Located in the town of Ortigueira, this apartment overlooks its estuary, close to beaches and exotic coves, within walking distance of a seaside promenade (restaurants, shops, bars), its town center, and its marina. A very bright apartment with spectacular views of the Ortigueira Estuary, its wide estuary, and the natural beauty of its changing seas. Carefully decorated with a sensitive personal style born of distant and exotic experiences, it offers its residents all the necessary comforts for a vacation experience after days of discovery, leisure, and a peaceful life, in one of the most scenic areas of the wild coast of the Rías Altas in northern Galicia. Pets are not allowed. This room requires a € 200.00 security deposit (your bank or credit card may charge a small fee for using the hold.). It will be collected separately by the room prior to your arrival or at check-in. The Security Deposit will be released after the Check-out (48h. after the Check-out day).

La finca no se comparte con más clientes, sus propietarios viven en el piso superior y se ocupan de la limpieza exterior. Ideal para encontrar la tranquilidad y privacidad. Está situado en una finca completamente cerrada. y la piscina y zona del jardín es de uso exclusivo para los clientes y no se comparte.

El edificio se encuentra en una zona muy llana y tranquila a pocos minutos andando de la Alameda de Ortigueira, del centro de salud y de fabulosos sitios gastronómicos y tiendas variadas. Farmacia al lado y playa a 5 minutos en coche (centro Ortigueira hasta playa). Ideal para disfrutar vacaciones y Festival de Ortigueira. NO TIENE ASCENSOR.

This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.
