Red Barn-Style Cabin with Bunk Beds

Less than two miles from the Big Stone Lake boat landing, we are easy access to the best Perch fishing in the area. Ortonville is a cozy little town amidst the farm fields of west Minnesota, right on the border with South Dakota. We accomodate up to four people on four extra-long twin beds. We have seating, wifi, a TV, coffee pot, refridgerator, microwave, and self-check-in. *Our bathroom is EXTERNAL, is a shared bathroom with other guests on the property, and requires a slight walk. * Welcome!

The Otters Den is centrally located adjacent to the lake on the South Dakota side between 2 public boat launches and close to Hartford Beach State Park. This private property offers a fully furnished camper with everything you need for a memorable adventure. This area is renowned for its fishing and hunting.

Guests will enjoy a private 40' dock and the location is a kayaker's and wildlife lover's paradise! Enjoy grilling on the over sized deck, take the 4 available kayaks (2 adult, 2 youth) out to explore the historic Big Stone Islands, or share a campfire in the firepit on the patio! Little Mill Road House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You can jump on a bike or take a walk on the tarred path located right across the road that leads into the Big Stone Refuge. Ortonville has Big Stone Lake great for fishing and our area is also awesome for hunting. We do allow pets but if left by themselves in the house please kennel them. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a murphy bed and futon in the living room. Plenty of parking for boats, trailers, etc.
