Enjoy a cozy, spacious condo in a secure gated community. The indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round and conveniently located just steps from the unit. You’ll be close to it all — the Bagnell Dam Strip, Shady / Lazy Gators, Backwater Jack’s, shopping, restaurants, and plenty of family-friendly activities. The outdoor pool was fully renovated in 2022, and a large green space with a playground sits right across from the condo. You’ll also have access to on-site tennis and pickleball courts.

Enjoy your getaway at this year-round lakefront condo located at Southwood Shores. This exceptionally clean one bedroom condo has one of the best main channel views from the resort. Conveniently located off HH and at mm12. It’s perfect for a romantic weekend, a girls trip, conference stay, golfers, and Calo parents. *Because this condo is not operated by a property management company, I will personally communicate with you and take pride in providing the best service possible during your stay.

You deserve a Getaway! Quiet condo located near everything. Feel free to stay in and enjoy the amazing views of the lake or adventure around the Ozarks. Start your morning on the patio with a cup of coffee, enjoy the sunsets with a glass of wine. We are conveniently located, located 10 min from grocery stores, great restaurants, and entertainment allowing you to explore the great attractions the lake has to offer. Two amazing pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, walking trails nearby, fishing.

Hickman cabin

Private cabin on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Relax, swim or fish from the dock, enjoy a cocktail and a gorgeous sunset! We now have 2 kayaks available for rent. 25/day per kayak. You can pay if/when you use them. Just please give us a heads up. Life jackets for your use on the dock. Please note we do not rent kayaks if water temp. is below 65F. The Guesthouse was the personal living space of the owners for 5 years, and they are now opening this space up for you to enjoy. Great views, privacy, hot tub, and lots of outdoor spaces as well as having access to the swim dock and the waterfront as well. Perfect for two!
