Welcome to our well located small and modern studio between Perth City and the beach! A great starting point with 5min walk to Glendalough train station which gets you to bars and restaurants in Leederville in 5min and Perth city in 10min. The home is on a high traffic road (that can get a bit noisy) but the convenience and parks for cycling and walks make up for it. Shopping (IGA), Subway, Pizza, Pharmacy, Bottle Shop, Massage & Petrol Station are in walking distance 600m down Harborne Street.
