You will have the entire basement-- two bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen area, & living room-- to yourself. We are in a wooded setting a couple of miles from town. You'll be able to enjoy your own patio entrance (pond view) with access to a firepit. We are close to the White Pine Trail, the perfect place to walk or jog. We think you'll find the space peaceful & cozy. There is a stairway to the upstairs, but it is curtained off for privacy. You will have the entire floor & entrance to yourself!

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING THIS CABIN. Rustic, outhouse, outdoor (COLD water only!) shower and tub. Cabin offers a single bed, convertible couch, and seating on the main floor. Upstairs a double bed & another futon mattress. Kitchen, with gas stove, fridge, and cold running water (can be warmed on the stove or electric kettle) Dining room table with 5 chairs Private firepit and outhouse. Outdoor shower and tub (cold water from hose) Wi-fi is available at no extra cost.

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Electricity, a full kitchen, with running hot/cold water, an electric fireplace, your own secluded fire pit, NEW outhouse, as well as an indoor bucket potty just in case. Outdoor cold shower and tub.
