Borea Rooms is a peaceful accommodation with kitchenette in village Budanje, in the heart of Vipava Valley. Just minutes away from Ajdovščina and Vipava. Budanje is an excellent starting point for hiking, bike trips (e-bike rental available), landing point for paragliders. Guests can rent four mountain bikes (free of charge). Additional payment: Tourist tax 2,50 € / person / day is payable at check-in. For children up to 7 years old is free. For children from 7 to 18 years old is 1,25 € / day.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

De studio appartementen zijn gelegen in de Vipava Vallei, dicht bij de kust in het westen van Slovenië. We hebben hier ons droomhuis gerenoveerd en er in 2025 twee studio appartementen gerealiseerd. Vanuit jouw appartement loop je zo het Natura2000 Trnovo gebied in, maar ook het dorp is dichtbij voor een supermarkt of een drankje.

This comfortable and functional apartment has been newly renovated and is ideal for two guests, with the option of an additional bed for a third person(child). It features a spacious living area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a hallway with storage space for clothes and shoes.
