Gezellig en prive appartement dichtbij de stad

Klein (ong 30m2) maar supergezellig en prive appartement. Goed verlicht. Ligt in een woonwijk met eigen in en uitgang. Slaap gedeelte, badkamer, onafhankelijke wc, bank met TV. TV heeft geen kabel, maar wel toegang tot netflix. Keuken heeft een koelkast, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat, airfryer en broodrooster, maar geen kookvoorziening. LET OP: ROKEN VERBODEN! 10 min lopen naar station Oss West, 15 min naar station Oss. Vanaf Oss gaan er treinen naar den Bosch (12 min) en Nijmegen (17 min).

Ons vrijstaand vakantiehuisje (ong 90m2) is sfeervol en comfortabel ingericht. Het heeft een zitruimte met een houtkachel, een ruime woonkeuken, en twee slpkm-ers met airco en badkamer. De vele ramen kijken uit op een prachtige tuin van 5000 m2 (!) en biedt een zee van rust, ruimte en privacy. De tuin is met liefde ingericht en onderhouden, en staat vol planten en bloemen, en trekt eekhoorntjes en verschillende soorten vogels aan. Aansluitend op natuurgebied de Maashorst en leuke dorpjes.

K120, enjoy your stay in your home away from home

K120 is my recently renovated old farmhouse, at the edge of the town centre, close to all facilities, but in a relatively quiet spot. I live there, but the house is also available for guests who prefer a cosy environment to anonymous hotels. The ambiance is relaxed. Make yourself comfortable. Coffee and tea are freely available, but you need to supply your own breakfast, lunch or dinner. Be welcome in my home. Come as a stranger and leave as a friend.
