The guest house is well equipped including a dishwasher, dual electric range, larger air fryer, stackable washer and dryer, central AC, ceiling fan, queen bed, couch converts to full, 2 smart TVs, free wifi, smart locks, off street parking with 110v or 220v (Nema 14-50) EV charging Ports. We do live on property in the main house.

This 2 bedroom duplex is perfect for traveling workers just 13 minutes from the airport. This originally 3 bedroom home has been stylishly converted into a 2 bedroom apartment downstairs and a 1 bedroom apartment upstairs, both with their separate entrances. Located in a quaint and quiet town just outside of Fort Wayne you’ll be close enough to all that Fort Wayne has to offer but just far enough away to enjoy small town relaxation. The private patio is a nice spot to relax in the morning with coffee or to wind down at sunset.

Peaches Place is a cozy 440 sf. home, set back from the street with a big front yard for a sense of privacy while still being in a close-knit community. It is a 1 bedroom home boasting an attached porch, a fire pit, and a floating deck with a pergola. The bedroom has a reading nook, and a closet where you can unpack and make your stay feel like home. For additional visitors, the leather sofa folds down into a full-sized bed. The modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.

Located in the heart of Bluffton, Green Gables on Main will provide you and your friends or family with an immaculate, spacious, clean and comfortable place, within walking distance of downtown. Explore the local coffee shop or library, quaint boutiques, brewery, restaurants, Rivergreenway, Oubache State Park and many events held downtown. Come enjoy the wide open country space in our quiet and peaceful guesthouse. Although you will be surrounded by solitude you will be just minutes from several towns. Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.
