Lilla Havsbrus Öregrund - seaside cottage

Cottage with sea view in the center of Öregrund. Only 100m to the beach. 30 square meters. Small bedroom with double bed and a loft with two beds. Fully equiped kitchen, shower and WC. Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming city on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are plenty of restaurants and cafés. To the south lies the Stockholm archipelago with open sea to the north. 1.5 hours from Arlanda airport. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minute walk to the bus station and ferry to Gräsö. We live in a house on the same grounds and are happy to help with your holiday in Öregrund. We have several extra bikes that can be used for excursions to Gräsö and various nice beaches. The nearest golf course is 6 km. Bed linen and final cleaning included.

Charming house built in the end of the 19th century located 70 meters from the water, surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowerbeds, roses and old apple trees which provides plenty of sweet apples in the early easter. A large porch sheltered from the wind and a balcony overlooking the archipelago. Bathrobe-distance to several bathing sites (jetty 100m, cliffs 400m, beach 1,7 km). If you would like to experience Roslagen in the northern parts of the archipelago of Stockholm, this is the place!

Vårt fina sommarhus (byggt 2015) ligger bara 1,5 h bilväg från Stockholm och har allt ni behöver för en drömsemester! Med sjötomt, egen strand , bastu och inte minst med bästa läge mot väster! Huset har plats för totalt 8 gäster i fyra sovrum. Ett stort härligt allrum med lantkök och öppen spis. Fiber indraget. Fina uteplatser runt huset. Välutrustad och fräsch stuga på delad sjötomt med havsutsikt. Stugan är indelad i ett allrum med köksdel och vardagsrum. Sovloft med 2 enkelsängar. I vardagsrummet finns 1 bäddsoffa med sovplats för 2 personer. Köket är utrustat med kyl som har frysfack, spis, micro, vattenkokare samt kaffebryggare. Matplats för 4 personer. I allrummet finns en soffa, bord, fåtöljer, tv och en mysig kamin. Badrumsavdelningen består av stort duschrum, bastu och separat WC. Stor altan med loungegrupp och grill.

Historical beach house

Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

Välkommen till Vita huset där en nyinredd våning väntar med nybäddade sängar kök och badrum. Här på Hållnäshalvön breder en unik öppen kust ut sig med många möjligheter till naturupplevelser. Flera kustnära vandringar, med en rik flora, rikt djur och fågelliv . Dessutom ta del av bruksmiljöer, gammal jordbruksbygd och spår av vikingatid. Delar gärna med mig av mina favoritplatser. Experience a unique piece of rural Sweden with sunsets and sunrises second to none. 1 hours 15 minutes from Stockholm, 1 hour from Uppsala. The property is under renovation with new kitchen, bathroom and overall upgrading. New pictures will be uploaded once completed. Please treat the house with respect as you would your own. It is my pride and joy and I want to keep it that way.

Our vision is that during your stay with us you will "Relax and log out" by staying close to nature & wildlife. The room have access directly to the terrace above the water's edge. From the terrace you can then go directly out on the paths that lead you out to many beautiful places around the cape and we have the option of booking a boat trip for experiences at sea which can be both to experience the wildlife, fishing or just looking around, let us know if you are interested.
