Mökki kaikilla mukavuuksilla

Tässä ainutlaatuisessa kohteessa on helppo rentoutua. Mökki on metsän siimeksessä, pienen järven rannalla. Puusaunan löylyissä rentoudut ja aina lämpimästä paljusta näet koko pohjoisen tähtitaivaan. Mökki on täysin varusteltu ja siellä on sisävessa ja suihku sekä hyvät vuoteet. Lähistöltä löydät monta käynti kohdetta, kiinnostaisiko vaikkapa Powerpark tai Wanha Markki? Talvella laskettelu Simpsiöllä tai retki kodalle. Käytössäsi ovat 2kpl retkiluistimia, liukulumikenkiä, sup-laudat, soutuvene.

Villa Sjöman is beautifully situated in Norra Vallgrund in Unesco World Nature Heritage site in Kvarken archipelago. The house is 30 kilometers from Vasa. The house 100 meters from the sea invites to beautiful experiences in a wonderful environment, relaxation and peacefulness. The house has 3 floors, only 2 floors (ground floor+basement) are in use for you. Nobody is using the upper floor. 700 meters to the nearest swimming beach. Rowing boat below the house. Common outdoor sauna, 10€/time.

Kohde sijaitsee aivan Kauhavan keskustan tuntumassa ilman rajanaapureita. Tilava talo maaseudun rauhassa mutta silti keskeisellä paikalla. Suuri piha jossa tilaa pelata ulkopelejä tms. Sopii erinomaisesti perheille. Lyhyt matka mm. Tuurin kyläkauppaan sekä Ähtärin eläinpuistoon. Nukkumapaikat 1-10 henkilölle + 2 vauvojen matkasänkyä( mainittujen 8:n vuodepaikan lisäksi pyynnöstä saatavilla 2 lattiapetipaikkaa)Huom!Yläkertaan todella jyrkät portaat. Ilmaa viilentämässä ja/tai lämmittämässä ilmalämpöpumppu. Käytössä 2 autokatospaikkaa joissa lämmityspistokkeet.

Käytössäsi on vanhan rintamiestalon alakerta, josta löytyy nukkumapaikat 4-6 henkilölle. Matkaa Alavuden keskustaan on n. 5 km, Tuuriin (Keskiselle) 6 km, Ähtärin eläinpuistoon 32 km. Talo sijaitsee 60 m päässä Seinäjoki - Haapamäki junaradasta, jossa liikenne on vähäistä (muutama kiskobussivuoro/pv ja joskus puujuna). Pihaan menevä tie ylittää junaradan. Pihalla on nuotiopaikka ja pöytäryhmä.
