Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Goudy Pond is a 22 acre private lake fed by natural springs and surrounded by wilderness and acres of a wetlands teaming with wildlife. Kayaks, canoes, paddle boats are provided. Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing. No electricity, however there are flush toilets, hot shower, propane for lights and cooking.

Living off the grid in a cozy cabin surrounded by nature sounds like a unique and peaceful experience. The addition of chickens, geese and a beekeeping experience adds to the charm of the stay. This is a small Hobbie Farm with a cute rustic cabin with a compost toilet and a mini woodstove. Nestled in its own little yard wildlife may be about. Deer , fox, even little mice and bunnies scurry about. We want our guests to understand this is a rustic listing with an off grid menu.

Renting out my home ON the Salmon River. This listing is for "Unit A" which is the main part of the house. I also rent out a studio suite with a separate entrance (On the Salmon River! - Unit B), or you can rent both spaces by booking the "ON the Salmon River - Full House" listing. This listing can be booked 6 months in advance. The Full House listing can be booked 1 year in advance. The dock and laundry room are considered common areas for both units.
