A warm and comfortable home in a quiet spot in Omarama. The stylish kitchen is equipped with all utensils required to prepare a delicious meal. There is an air conditioner to take the chill off on those cooler days/nights. Entrance can be through the internal garage, great for winter months, or via the covered veranda, which happens to be perfect for morning coffee in the sun. The cottage boasts a beautiful bathroom with underfloor heating and two bedrooms. It is located in a quiet area, walking distance to town.

The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade.
